1/2 cup Rolled oats
1 scoop Vanilla pea protein
1 cup Unsweetened almond milk
1/2 tsp Baking powder
1/2 Banana
1/2 Tbsp Maple syrup
1/2 cup Frozen blueberries
1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon
1/2 Tbsp Almond butter
2 1/2 Tbsp Natural cashew yoghurt
Methods
Preheat the oven to 185ºC. Grease a small ovenproof bowl or ramekin with a little oil.
In a bowl, combine the oats, protein powder, almond milk, baking powder, mashed banana, and cinnamon. Fold in the blueberries.
Pour the mixture into the ramekin and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until golden.
Remove the oats from the oven and top with almond butter and yoghurt.
