Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Rolled oats

  • 1 scoop Vanilla pea protein

  • 1 cup Unsweetened almond milk

  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder

  • 1/2 Banana

  • 1/2 Tbsp Maple syrup

  • 1/2 cup Frozen blueberries

  • 1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon

  • 1/2 Tbsp Almond butter

  • 2 1/2 Tbsp Natural cashew yoghurt

Methods

  • Preheat the oven to 185ºC. Grease a small ovenproof bowl or ramekin with a little oil.

  • In a bowl, combine the oats, protein powder, almond milk, baking powder, mashed banana, and cinnamon. Fold in the blueberries.

  • Pour the mixture into the ramekin and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until golden.

  • Remove the oats from the oven and top with almond butter and yoghurt.
