Ingredients

  • 1 Pizza base or wrap

  • 2 Tbsp of Tomato paste

  • 300g Shredded roast chicken

  • Handful of baby spinach

  • 1/4 Red onion, sliced

  • 2 Tbsp Buffalo sauce

For the ranch sauce

  • 3 Tbsp Lite mayonnaise

  • 1 tsp Garlic powder

  • 1 tsp Onion powder

  • 1 tsp Freshly chopped chives

  • Handful of fresh or dried dill

  • 1 Tbsp Water

Methods

  • Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

  • Spread the tomato paste over the pizza base.

  • Next, top the pizza with the baby spinach, sliced red onion and shredded chicken.

  • Drizzle over the buffalo sauce.

  • Bake in the oven for around 15 minutes or until the base is crisp.

  • Meanwhile, make the ranch sauce. Finely chop the chives, then mix together in a bowl along with the mayo, garlic powder, onion powder, dried dill and water. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  • Once the pizza is cooked, drizzle the ranch sauce over the pizza and cut into slices
