Ingredients
1 Pizza base or wrap
2 Tbsp of Tomato paste
300g Shredded roast chicken
Handful of baby spinach
1/4 Red onion, sliced
2 Tbsp Buffalo sauce
For the ranch sauce
3 Tbsp Lite mayonnaise
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Onion powder
1 tsp Freshly chopped chives
Handful of fresh or dried dill
1 Tbsp Water
Methods
Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Spread the tomato paste over the pizza base.
Next, top the pizza with the baby spinach, sliced red onion and shredded chicken.
Drizzle over the buffalo sauce.
Bake in the oven for around 15 minutes or until the base is crisp.
Meanwhile, make the ranch sauce. Finely chop the chives, then mix together in a bowl along with the mayo, garlic powder, onion powder, dried dill and water. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Once the pizza is cooked, drizzle the ranch sauce over the pizza and cut into slices
