Ingredients

  • 100g Shredded roast chicken

  • 1 Quick Cup Brown rice

  • 1/2 cup Coleslaw

  • 1 Tbsp Teriyaki sauce

  • 1 Tbsp Sesame seeds

Methods

  • Mix the chicken with the teriyaki sauce and slaw.

  • Prepare the rice as per the packets instructions.

  • Top the brown rice with the chicken and ranch slaw mix, and sesame seeds. Simple but delicious. (Note for this recipe brown rice is in cooked weight).
