Ingredients

  • 120 Egg noodles (fine cut)

  • 1/4 sml Red cabbage

  • 1 cup White button mushrooms

  • 1/2 handful Fresh coriander

  • 1 tsp Sesame oil

  • 120g Pork mince

  • 1 tsp Crushed garlic

  • 1 handful Fresh coriander

  • 1 Tbsp Tamari soy sauce

  • 1 Tbsp Fish sauce

  • 1 tsp Chilli powder

Methods

  • Cook the egg noodles as per packet instructions. Drain and set aside.

  • Slice up the mushrooms and chop up the cabbage. Roughly chop the coriander.

  • Heat the sesame oil in a pan over a medium heat. Add the garlic, ginger and pork mince, breaking up and cooking until browned.

  • Add the mushrooms and cabbage, cooking for another 2-3 minutes.

  • Next, add the, noodles, fish sauce, chilli powder, soy sauce and chopped coriander. Toss everything together until well combined.

  • Sprinkle over additional chopped coriander and/or chilli to serve.
