Ingredients
120 Egg noodles (fine cut)
1/4 sml Red cabbage
1 cup White button mushrooms
1/2 handful Fresh coriander
1 tsp Sesame oil
120g Pork mince
1 tsp Crushed garlic
1 handful Fresh coriander
1 Tbsp Tamari soy sauce
1 Tbsp Fish sauce
1 tsp Chilli powder
Methods
Cook the egg noodles as per packet instructions. Drain and set aside.
Slice up the mushrooms and chop up the cabbage. Roughly chop the coriander.
Heat the sesame oil in a pan over a medium heat. Add the garlic, ginger and pork mince, breaking up and cooking until browned.
Add the mushrooms and cabbage, cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
Next, add the, noodles, fish sauce, chilli powder, soy sauce and chopped coriander. Toss everything together until well combined.
Sprinkle over additional chopped coriander and/or chilli to serve.
