Ingredients

  • 150g Rump steak

  • 150g Broccolini

  • 1 med (200g) Orange kumara

  • 2 tsp Extra virgin olive oil

Methods

  • Slice orange kumara into chips and rub in half of the olive oil and pink salt.

  • Roast at 190ºC until soft and crispy.

  • Add the other half of the olive oil to the pan and fry the broccolini until charred.

  • Cook the steak in the pan to your preferred style. Delish!
