150g Rump steak
150g Broccolini
1 med (200g) Orange kumara
2 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
Methods
Slice orange kumara into chips and rub in half of the olive oil and pink salt.
Roast at 190ºC until soft and crispy.
Add the other half of the olive oil to the pan and fry the broccolini until charred.
Cook the steak in the pan to your preferred style. Delish!
