Ingredients

  • 1/2 rasher Streaky bacon

  • 2 slices Mixed grain bread

  • 1/2 Tbsp Lite aioli

  • 3 leaves iceberg lettuce

  • 1/2 sml Tomato

  • 40g Shredded roast chicken

Methods

  • Fry bacon to desired crispiness in a non-stick fry pan.

  • Meanwhile, toast bread and spread one slice with aioli.

  • Finely slice the lettuce and tomato.

  • Place cooked bacon on top of spread aioli, then add lettuce and tomato and top with chicken.

  • Add the 2nd slice of toast on top & enjoy!
