Ingredients

  • 1 med Banana

  • 100g Frozen mango

  • 1 & 1/2 tsp Ground turmeric

  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper

  • 1 tsp Maple syrup

  • 1 Tbsp Cashew butter

  • 200ml Almond milk (unsweetened)

  • 20g Vanilla pea protein

Methods

  • If time allows, freeze banana overnight for a creamier consistency.

  • Add all ingredients to a blender along with a small handful of ice and blend until smooth. Add water if required to reach desired consistency.

  • Pour into a glass & enjoy!
