Ingredients

  • 1 Apple

  • 3/4 tsp Cinnamon

  • 1/2 cup Rolled oats

  • 1/8 cup Walnuts

  • 1/4 cup High protein greek yoghurt (natural)

  • 1 cup Milk lite (light blue top)

  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder

  • 1 tsp Maple syrup

Methods

  • Preheat the oven to 185ºC.

  • Combine the apple, cinnamon, milk, baking powder, maple syrup and rolled oats in a bowl. Mix well.

  • Transfer to a ramekin or ovenproof dish.

  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until risen and slightly golden.

  • Remove from the oven and top with walnuts and yoghurt.
