1 Apple
3/4 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 cup Rolled oats
1/8 cup Walnuts
1/4 cup High protein greek yoghurt (natural)
1 cup Milk lite (light blue top)
1/2 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp Maple syrup
Methods
Preheat the oven to 185ºC.
Combine the apple, cinnamon, milk, baking powder, maple syrup and rolled oats in a bowl. Mix well.
Transfer to a ramekin or ovenproof dish.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until risen and slightly golden.
Remove from the oven and top with walnuts and yoghurt.
