  • 1 Banana

  • 1/2 cup Frozen raspberries

  • 1/2 cup Spinach

  • 1 Tbsp Crunchy peanut butter

  • 3/4 Tbsp Cocoa powder

  • 1 scoop Chocolate whey protein

  • 1 cup Unsweetened almond milk

Methods

  • Combine all the ingredients together in a blender. Blend until smooth.
