Ingredients

  • 2 Weet-Bix biscuits

  • 1/2 Cup Unsweetened almond milk

  • Sprinkle instant coffee

  • 1 Tbsp Maple syrup

  • 1/2 Cup High protein greek yoghurt

  • 1 Tbsp Cream cheese

  • 1 scoop Protein powder

  • 1 sml Banana

  • 1 tsp Cacao powder

  • Walnuts to garnish

Methods

  • Crumble the weet-bix into a bowl and mix through the instant coffee.

  • Add the milk and half the maple syrup, mix together, and press it down firmly, this is your base.

  • In a separate bowl mix together yoghurt, cream cheese, protein powder and the remaining maple syrup. Spread half of this on top of the weet-bix.

  • Slice the banana and place it on top of the yoghurt. Spread the rest of the yoghurt/cream cheese mixture on top.

  • Sprinkle cacao powder over it to garnish. Refrigerate for a minimum of one hour or ideally overnight.

  • Sprinkle over crushed walnuts before serving. Enjoy!
