  • 3/4 cup Frozen mango

  • 1 sml Courgette

  • 2 tsp Lime juice

  • 3/4 cup Baby spinach

  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened coconut milk

  • 2/3 scoop Vanilla whey protein

  • 2 tsp Maple syrup

Methods

Preparation:

  • For optimal consistency, chop up and freeze the banana and courgette overnight.

Instructions:

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Add water to reach desired consistency.
