Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs

  • 1/4 Avocado

  • 1/2 tsp Salt

  • 1 tsp Chilli powder

Methods

  • Bring a small pot of water to boil and add eggs. Cook until eggs are hardboiled (approx. 8 mins), remove from pot and let cool. To speed up the process run cold water over the eggs.

  • Once eggs have cooled, peel and halve lengthways.

  • Scoop out yolks and place them in a bowl. Add chilli powder, avocado and salt to yolks. Mash well with a fork and combine.

  • Dollop a mixture into halved egg whites. Enjoy!
