Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Rolled oats

  • 1 Tbsp Chia seeds

  • 1 Tbsp Flax seeds

  • 1 sprinkle Salt

  • 2 Pitted dates

  • 1 sml Banana

  • 1 sprinkle Cinnamon

  • 1 cup Almond milk (unsweetened)

  • 1/2 cup High protein greek yoghurt (natural)

  • 1/4 cup Frozen raspberries

Methods

  • Mash the banana in a bowl.

  • Chop the dates into smaller pieces.

  • Combine the dates and all remaining ingredients with the mashed banana in the bowl.

  • Refrigerate overnight ready for breakfast the next day!
