Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup Desiccated coconut

  • 1/3 cup Cashew butter

  • 5 Tbsp Maple syrup

  • 40g Vanilla pea protein

  • 2 Tbsp Chia seeds

  • 1/2 tsp Lime juice

  • 1/2 tsp Table salt

Methods

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. If mixture appears too dry, add more maple syrup until it reaches a consistency where it can be pressed firmly into balls that hold their shape.

  • Roll into balls and coat in desiccated coconut and optional lime zest.
