Ingredients

  • 1 lrg Banana

  • 1 scoop Protein powder

  • 3/4 Tbsp Crunchy peanut butter

  • 1 Bliss ball


Methods

  • In a blender place the frozen banana in several chunks (the smaller the chunks, the easier the blend).

  • Start with only a dash of water and blend with the banana. The banana will be stubborn at first, but use a spatula between blends until it does start to move. More water can be gradually added to the recipe if the consistency is too thick (careful not to add too much as this will make it thin rather than thick).

  • Once half blended, add the protein powder, peanut butter and a tiny dash of water. Blend again.

  • Add the bliss ball at the very end once all blended and smooth. Pulse the blender to achieve a chunky consistency. Enjoy!
