1/2 cup Rolled oats
3/4 Tbsp Chia seeds
3/4 cup High protein almond milk
1/2 cup Frozen mixed berries
2 med Passionfruit
1/2 cup High protein greek yoghurt (natural)
1/4 cup Toasted coconut flakes
Methods
Defrost the berries and passionfruit in the microwave for 30 seconds.
In a container or jar, mix together the oats, chia seeds, milk, yoghurt, berries and passionfruit and stir well to combine.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
Top with coconut flakes before eating.
