Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup High protein almond milk

  • 2 Dates

  • 1 1/2 Banana

  • 2/3 scoop Plant protein powder (salted caramel)

  • 3/4 Tbsp Almond butter

  • 1 sml Courgette

Methods

Preparation

  • Slice the banana and courgette into chunks, and place in the freezer overnight (if time allows). If not, use ice cubes for a cool smoothie!

Instructions:

  • Blend the frozen banana and frozen courgette with the remainder of the ingredients until smooth. Enjoy!
