Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Chia seeds

  • 100ml Light coconut milk

  • 1/2 Tbsp Cacao powder

  • 1 scoop Vanilla pea protein

  • 1 tsp Maple syrup

  • 1/2 Banana

  • 1 Tbsp Toasted coconut flakes

  • 1 Tbsp Water

Methods

  • Place the chia seeds, coconut milk, cacao powder, protein powder, water, maple syrup, and half the banana in a blender and blend for a few seconds.

  • Place into serving bowls. Leave for a few hours or overnight.

  • Top with sliced banana, coconut shavings and cacao nibs.
