Ingredients
2 slices Mixed grain bread
2 Eggs
2 Tbsp High protein almond milk
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 Tbsp Butter
1/2 Banana
2 tsp Maple syrup
1/8 cup Walnuts
4 Tbsp High protein greek yoghurt (vanilla)
Methods
Beat the eggs, almond milk and cinnamon in a wide bowl or container.
Soak both sides of the bread in the egg mix until most of the liquid is absorbed.
Heat a pan with the butter over a medium heat.
Place the bread on the pan and cook for around 2-3 minutes each side or until golden. Any remaining egg mix can be poured over the bread.
Cut in half and serve with sliced bananas, maple syrup, chopped walnuts and protein yoghurt on the side or on top.
