Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 scp Vanilla whey protein

  • 2 1/2 cups Rolled oats

  • 1 1/2 cups Frozen mixed berries

  • 3 1/2 Tbsp Chia seeds

  • 1/2 Tbsp Coconut oil (organic)

  • 1/2 Tbsp Vanilla essence

  • 2 1/4 cup Almond milk (unsweetened)

  • 3 1/2 Tbsp Stevia

  • 4 Egg

Methods

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.

  2. In a large bowl, beat together the eggs, milk, vanilla essence and protein powder.

  3. Mix in the oats, chia seeds and stevia. Let it soak for 30 minutes if vou have time.

  4. Grease a large baking dish with coconut oil.

  5. Pour the oat mixture into the pan. Scatter over the berries.

  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the edges are golden and the centre is cooked through.

  7. Remove from the oven and let it sit for 10-15 minutes to cool before cutting.

  8. Eat straight away or store in a container in the fridge.Enjoy!
