Ingredients

  • 1 Egg

  • 1 Rasher of bacon

  • 1/2 English muffin

  • 1 tsp Wweet chilli sauce

Methods

  • Pan-fry the bacon and then fry the egg in the bacon juice.

  • Toast the english muffin and place the bacon and egg on top.

  • Top with sweet chili sauce. Enjoy!
