Ingredients
1 Plain bagel
2 Eggs
1/2 sml Avocado
1 sprinkle Alfalfa sprouts & chilli flakes
1 Tsp Unsalted butter
Salt & pepper
Methods
Cut the bagel in half and toast it in the toaster.
Heat the butter in a non-stick frying pan, and whisk the eggs in a bowl.
Once the butter has melted, add the eggs to the pan and fold continuously until the eggs are cooked but still soft. Remove from heat.
Spread both halves of the bagel with avocado, then top with egg and alfalfa sprouts. Season with salt, pepper & chilli flakes.
