Ingredients

  • 1/8 cup Rolled oats

  • 1 Tbsp Sliced almonds

  • 1/2 Tbsp Pumpkin seeds

  • 1/2 tsp Flaxseeds

  • 3/4 Tbsp Toasted coconut flakes

  • 2 tsp Maple syrup

  • 1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon

  • 1/4 Tbsp Coconut oil

  • 1/2 Banana

  • 1/2 cup High protein greek yoghurt (natural)

  • 3/4 Tbsp Almond butter

  • 1 scoop Vanilla whey protein

Methods

  • Mix the oats, sliced almonds, pumpkin seeds, flaxseeds, coconut, honey, cinnamon and coconut oil together in a bowl.

  • Bring a frying pan to a medium heat. Toast the granola, time will vary according to quantity. Allow to cool slightly.

  • Mix together the yoghurt and protein powder together in a bowl. Top with granola, almond butter and banana.
