1/8 cup Rolled oats
1 Tbsp Sliced almonds
1/2 Tbsp Pumpkin seeds
1/2 tsp Flaxseeds
3/4 Tbsp Toasted coconut flakes
2 tsp Maple syrup
1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon
1/4 Tbsp Coconut oil
1/2 Banana
1/2 cup High protein greek yoghurt (natural)
3/4 Tbsp Almond butter
1 scoop Vanilla whey protein
Methods
Mix the oats, sliced almonds, pumpkin seeds, flaxseeds, coconut, honey, cinnamon and coconut oil together in a bowl.
Bring a frying pan to a medium heat. Toast the granola, time will vary according to quantity. Allow to cool slightly.
Mix together the yoghurt and protein powder together in a bowl. Top with granola, almond butter and banana.
