Natalie is a graduate of Otago University with a Masters of Advanced Nutrition. She has experience working in elite sports, currently working as the Blues Rugby Regional Nutritionist. She enjoys helping female and male athletes develop a positive relationship with food and helping them acquire nutrition-based skills to aid with their overall well-being & performance.
Her other specialties include gut health, menstrual and menopausal health. Natalie finds that helping women understand the importance behind the dynamic nature of their hormones empowers women and enhances their quality of life significantly.Outside of her work at Nourish, Natalie enjoys a variety of different dance styles & immersing herself in New Zealand's wonderful outdoors. Her current new-found passion is surfing!
